Rose petal preserve
Rose spoon sweet is an age-old traditionnal preserve, made from monks in monasteries.
Our fragrant rose petal sweet only is of (very) limited availability and we make it in april and may, consecutively harvesting petals in the early morning, before the summer heat strikes, and delicately clean them before quickly preserving.
This marvelous preserve can be eatan as a delicate marmalade, on yogurt, cheesecakes and pancakes.
Be bold: try it with vanilla ice cream or a lavender infused panna cotta or as a sweet and sour dip for shrimps tempura.
Vegan, salt free, fat free.
